In the Admin Notification section of the Frontend Post Submission Manager, you can configure notifications that are sent to the administrator when a new post is submitted. To begin, enable the admin notification by toggling the switch to the “On” position. You can specify multiple email addresses separated by commas in the “Notification Emails” field to determine where the notifications will be sent. If this field is left blank, the notifications will default to the site admin email configured in your site’s general settings.

The “Subject” field allows you to customize the subject line of the admin notification email. You can use placeholders such as [post_title] and [author_name] to dynamically include the submitted post title and author name in the email subject. For the “From Name” field, it is recommended to use a generic name like “No Reply” instead of a real person’s name to prevent the email from being marked as spam. Similarly, the “From Email” field should be set to a generic email address like “noreply@yoursiteurl.com” to avoid spam filters.

In the “Message” field, you can craft the content of the admin notification email. This field supports placeholders such as [post_title] and [post_admin_link] to include the submitted post title and a link to the post in the admin panel.

An example message might read:
