To export custom field data in the “Subscribe to Download” plugin, begin by navigating to the “Subscribers” section of the plugin’s dashboard. This section displays a list of all subscribers along with their details.

Instead of selecting “All”, use the dropdown menu at the top left to select the specific form that includes custom fields. This ensures that the CSV file will contain all the custom fields associated with the chosen form.

You can also use the keyword search box to filter subscribers. This functionality allows you to narrow down the data to only the relevant subscribers you wish to export.

After selecting the appropriate form and filtering the subscribers as needed, locate the “EXPORT TO CSV” button at the top right corner of the screen and click it. This action will generate a CSV file containing the subscriber data, including all custom fields.

Once the export is complete, open the CSV file to review the data. You will find columns for each custom field you have added to the subscription forms, along with other standard subscriber information such as name, email, GDPR agreement, form name, download status, user IP, subscribed date, and any actions taken.

By following these steps, you can efficiently export subscriber data, including custom fields, ensuring you have all the necessary information for your records or further analysis. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining comprehensive subscriber lists and enhancing your marketing efforts.
