Account Instructions

To add a new account, click “Add New Account” and configure the settings as needed.

There are 2 different settings section as belows:

1. Accounts  Settings
2. Shortcode Button

Account Settings

Once you install and activate the plugin then you can add new Account  and configure all the necessary account settings related with the plugin from the account settings. In account settings you will find below options.

Here are the description of individual options available in the account settings.

1. Account Name – This is the name of the WhatsApp account.
   
2. Profile Photo – This field is used to upload the profile photo for this account.
   
3. Account Number – This field is for the WhatsApp phone number.
   
4. Default Message – This field sets the default message sent to the user.
   

Always Online – This option indicates that the account is always online and can receive messages at any time.

Shortcode Button Settings

Once you install and activate the plugin then you can have one shortcode for this account  and configure all the necessary shortcode  settings related with the plugin from the shortcode button settings. In shortcode button options  you will find below options.

Here are the description of individual options available in the shortcode button settings.

1. Button Heading – This field allows you to specify the heading or label for the shortcode button.
2. Profile Photo – It is the field for profile photo for this account.
3. Account Number – It is the field for whatsapp number.
4. Default Message – It is the field for first default message to user.
5. Always Online – This will indicate always online and get message any time.
